The place was spotlessly clean, we had a warm welcome from our host. The extras in our room, choclates, bottled water, toiletries. Breakfast was served in a lovely bright room and the whole experience was lovely. We will certainly return again and recommend.

We stayed at this Guest House on our way to the Highlands. The house is close by to the historical places, bus stop and motorway. Grace and her husband are great hosts we had a really good time staying at their guest house. Special mention for the breakfast: it was delicious and kept us full for the day's hike. We will definitely stay there again.

Warm friendly welcome, superb staff made you feel at home. Alistair the manager went above and beyond. Gave us a bigger room as a very kind gesture. Which I can say really made us feel special. We just want to give all the staff a huge thank you.

The host, Amer, was very friendly and a great help throughout. Great communication before arrival, as he checked us in later than expected at night, and went above and beyond to help us by making late night food. Good continental breakfast and comfy rooms!

Clean, comfy room with a kettle, teas coffees and milk provided. Cable TV, WiFi, shampoo and conditioner all provided as standard. The location was absolutely stunning, right in the middle of beautiful countryside, I spotted hares and various songbirds just outside my window, and as a bonus, I got to play with some tiny puppies that belonged to the owners. The hosts were both absolutely lovely, very welcoming and gave me a number tips as to what to do in the evenings afterwork. I'd love to stay again

Heartfelt welcome by the wonderful host, Alison. We arrived on a Sunday evening, so, to find a place that still served dinner turned out to be quite complicated but Alison personally phoned near-by restaurants for us and also gave some good advice where to go when everybody near-by was just about to stop serving due to the later hour. Thanks again, Alison, for that and also for preparing the double room just in case :-) Full Scottish breakfast was served the next morning but tweaked to your liking via a questionnaire done the night before. Room was clean and all basics in the bathroom were being provided, also tea/coffee and sweets in the room. Inn still undergoes renovations, so work in progress but no issue whatsoever with that. Plenty of free on-street parking.
