This is one of the best places we have stayed in... ever (we are in our 60s and well travelled). It's quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The continental breakfast was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Having highland cows on the property is also an added bonus especially when I didn't know they were there. The host is great too. The location is fantastic.

Communication throughout was exceptional. Even in advance, I received an email that provided the names of places to eat and taxi company. A to-go breakfast was provided one morning, since I was leaving early to go climbing. My room was modern, excellent shower (water pressure and heat) and heated towel rack and the bed was very comfortable. The owners certainly show pride of ownership in the renovations they have done.

Very clean throughout and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. The garden was spacious with splendid views. We would highly recommend this guest house.
