Ann was a great hostess! She was so patient when I arrived very late. Breakfast was way more than I expected. Fresh squeezed OJ and perfect soft boil eggs. The bathroom seemed new. Parking lot was ample and she helped with ideas and directions. Lovely.

It was an amazing experience. We never knew what it would be like to stay in the old Abbey but the combination of the old (history, beautiful architecture, stunning views of the lake and the surrounding landscapes) and the new (neat, modern facilities, access to the pool and sauna) was exceptional. We loved how big our apartment was. Our daughter had her own room and bathroom and we all had a separate living room with majestic high ceilings and a big kitchen. We also got a lovely hamper as a welcome gift, which was very handy when didn’t feel like braving the cold to go out to buy a snack.

The room was equipped with everything we needed and super clean. It is pretty clear that the host wants her guests to have a great experience paying attention to the smallest details. We loved the two muffins waiting for us in the room :) Many thanks to Natalie for her warm welcome and her delicious breakfast! We will definitely come back!

Wonderful location in the heart of the Highlands. A great central location to get to a lot of different places. Lucy and Dan were great hosts who made us feel very welcome. They provided a lot of great information on the local sites. Breakfast was homemade and exceptional!

The large space was great for our family, and the Abbey’s setting is beautiful. The staff was friendly and really responsive. I only wish we’d had more than 3 days to spend in this idyllic setting. We’ll definitely return.

The location is great. The place is very cosy. Alasdair is a very welcoming host in the morning for the breakfast. And the breakfast was obviously very good. This is a five stars for me.
