On arrival we were met with a very friendly warm welcome from Dave and Susan, who had emailed us earlier to say we were welcome to arrive earlier as our room was ready. We were helped to our room with our luggage and everything relevant to our stay fully explained. We booked breakfast for our first morning from a fantastic menu choice. The breakfast was fantastic resulting in us booking breakfast every morning of our stay trying most of the choices from full English, eggs Benedict, eggs royal and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon to name a few, all accompanied by tea or coffee, choice of cereal, fruit juice and toast all of which were excellent and very well served. A big thankyou to our hosts Dave and Sue for making us so welcome and should we visit that area again in the future, we will without doubt be staying with them again. Thanks for a lovely stay

The owners were wonderful, helping us obtain reservations at popular restaurants in town. To save us a long walk, Hervé even offered to drive us to one of them. The main “wow” for us was the view of the harbor and town from the balcony of our room. The room itself was fine, with great bed and sheets, and a modernized bathroom.
