High spec room and decor with everything spotlessly clean. Very welcoming and helpful host. Off road parking. Breakfast pre-ordered the night before and served in the dining area outside the room at requested time. Very nice.

The guest house is neat and clean. Very quite place. The owner and staffs are extremely helpful. They went out of their way and gave me pick up from Corby station and my work location for free. I will be happy to stay there again.

It is an old building with great character. Beautiful on the inside and the staff are very helpful. Sue stands out as a wonderful person who tends to all needs. The breakfast is very substantial and delicious. A great stay there .

The room was pleasant, clean and had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the little touches like the biscuits, sweets and bottled water left in the room for me alongside the tea & coffee making facilities. I liked the fact that although the room was small, there was plenty of storage space including a cupboard, drawers, hanging space and storage cubes. I was able to unpack everything I needed throughout my stay and put my suitcase out of the way. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though there is a pub downstairs, the room was quiet. I even had the windows open in the night and didn’t hear much noise coming from downstairs or outside (apart from the odd bird tweet)
