John and Sally are very friendly and always responsive to request and assistance. They provide advice on the transportation and helped dinner booking. The room was spotlessly clean and you will safe to use all the facilities in the room. The bath tub is a bonus. I got a nice room with the best view for sunset. I did not expect B&B with this standard of facilities and I had a lovely stay in the place. Hope I could stay more days. Thank you, John and Sally.

The B&B is a little bit outside Oban, but easily reachable with the car. The room was very cozy and clean. We had the room with the shared bathroom, but that was no problem at all and I think we were the only guests using the bathroom which is two doors down. The host is exceptionally nice and exactly the right amount of accommodating without making you feel like you are in somebody else's space (something we have experiences it past B&Bs). The breakfast was self-service and plentiful and exceeded our expectations.

Exceptionally clean and very quiet which was just what I needed when attending a complex conference. I was worried about a shared bathroom but it was not an issue at all. Really enjoyed fruit refreshments at the entrance, and the host checked on me if I needed anything through my stay which was nice.

We had a lovely stay at Aspen Lodge. It is beautifully located, looking out over the mountains and only a ten minute drive from Oban. Caroll is a lovely host; she is attentive, friendly and she makes sure everything is in perfect condition. The rooms are well decorated, spacious and contain everything you might need. Breakfast is prepared to order and there are different options to choose from.
