At first my wife and I were not sure about staying at this bed and breakfast place, because we don't speak French, but the hosts Jean-Bernard and Marite' were delightful, and extremely warm and helpful. You can tell they like people and enjoy being hosts. Our rate was roughly $160 per day including breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. We had the 4 person room on second floor, with a great bathroom shower. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would come back again. The location is good, not too far from the Lozere train station and thus easy to get to various Paris spots. We returned.one night close to midnight and felt very safe walking the half mile to Villabona. One night we were too tired to take the train back to Paris so we walked less than a mile to Orsay and had a great dinner at Le Gramophone. This is a way to avoid the large crowds of Paris if you need a break.

A nice cozy room with good breakfast and very pleasant and friendly hosts. My room had large bed, a shower and a sink inside a small cubicle in the room, a small writing table. The room is old-style, but thought through: e.g. it has good blinds & sound isolation on the walls. The only minor inconvenience was the toilet in a separate room in the hall outside my room (but I think only one room is like that). The breakfast was very nice: some pastries, jam, cheese, fruits, coffee & juice. The owners, who live in the same house, were having breakfast with me, and we always had very pleasant chats about local culture, surroundings, etc. I felt welcome there and would certainly come back.

Free coffee cups were provided as well as ear-plugs in each room. Apartment is opposite the Massy Palaiseau train/metro station, less than 20 minutes from Paris city centre. Bakery, super market and a couple of restaurants are around the corner of the apartment. Communication with the owners was very smooth and friendly

Moreover, it's two minutes from the RER (line B), which takes you directly to the center of Paris (it's also easy to go to CDG and Orly airports). Moreover, the location is extremely quiet and safe. The staff was very helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

Also, during weekdays, the bus 91-06 can take you from Le Guichet to Ecole Polytechnique, which is really nice. Very close to Orsay. Easy access from CDG Airport just by using RER B. Very quiet and clean. 24/7 Reception. And of course value for money. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Talking to the host is a great pleasure, especially since she speaks excellent English, which is not always the case in France. Breakfasts are very elegantly presented and tasty. A selection of products sufficient to find what you like. Room decorated with taste and perfectly clean, bed very comfortable. The house is located a short walk from the RER station, yet in a quiet area. It's a great location.
