The gîte we stayed in was comfortable, cute, and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen had all the tools I needed to cook nice meals and take full advantage of the delicious local products -- it even had things like a tart pan and an oyster knife! The location was also great. It was located in a calm and restful village within easy driving distance of Bayeux, Caen, and all the D-Day historical sites. I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough. It was probably the best experience I've reserved with Booking.com.

Eric and his family have a gem of a property that they are painstakingly bringing back to life. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. A beautiful rustic property in the countryside, but only 10 mins from Bayeaux and easy access to all the historic sights along the Normandy Coast. No alarm clock was necessary, as we were awoken by beautiful birdsong. Breakfast is served at the communal table in the kitchen and consists of homemade jams, bread and croissants served with excellent coffee and fresh orange juice.

The house is great, well decorated and comfortable, with a precious garden and an amazing breakfast room. Natalie is the best host, always willing to help. She prepared a full tasty and incredible breakfast!!

Beautiful old Manor House with lovely garden. Decor and furnishings superb. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfasts with fresh local produce and home made preserves. The delightful pool is the icing on the cake. Had the weather been better we would have made more use of it!

We were the very first guests to stay in this accommodation, nicely renovated farm house, very modern- and clean. Located in the countryside, right next to the milk farm. The owner didn't speak much English, but at least she tried and was very nice. They they do not accept cards
