The modern 4th floor apartment is very well situated in Mayenne, with a sunny balcony overlooking the central squares and a short walk from the river. It benefits from its own private parking in the basement garage. The level of fixtures and equipment is impressive, as is the attention to detail provided by the owner.

To attend the jazz concerts in Marciac, this is a perfect setting. 2 Km from the city but you are in the middle of the sunflowers and vineyards. So relaxing and pleasant. The hosts go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and easy. The breakfasts are divine...and wonderful aperitifs each day. I left my kindle in the room and Herman sent it the same day!

Unique location to stay the night in one of the most perfect private properties in the area. Enjoy the nice views of the landscapes and hills, the beautiful garden or the all natural pool located in the middle of the flower garden. The host will make you feel at home and is very welcoming you also can enjoy a delicious French breakfast in the morning. Also the city Marcian is very close and definitely worth a visit.

The breakfast was consistently good, with a nice homemade touch each morning. It was a nice touch to be given a bottle of water on our arrival. The location was excellent for enjoying the jazz in Marciac (the main purpose for our trip) and generally visiting places in the area.
