Very hospitable, kind and well-organised owners who are willing to make your stay memorable. We will be back. The pool area is very nicely built, and under the trees the mobile homes and tents are protected from the heat.

Domaine du Clap is located in the heart of Ardeche, nothing but green hills, mountain creeks and silence all around. It is quite remote, but if you take André’s advice and drive on the larger departmental roads (as opposite to the much smaller and slower communal ones, usually recommended by the GPS) you will be able to reach in about 15 minutes a couple of nice places for grocery shopping and dinning out. Not that you need to worry about groceries and dinning out, the food at the domain is wonderful: tasty, authentic and locally sourced. The four course meals offered in the evening are delightful and prepared from ingredients coming mostly from the garden or from within a few km from Clap - I have to say they are also quite a good deal!

The location was wonderful, surrounded by trees and birdsong and the gite itself was very artistically decorated, with interesting sculptures etc in the garden too. Our host was very considerate and charming. It was an easy drive into Privas and we found a great restaurant.

Beautiful house with many outdoor options for eating, enjoying an aperitif or relaxing by the pool. Vilhomena is a warm, generous and sociable host, nothing is a bother for her. On our arrival after 80km cycling, we found out there were no restaurants open so she cooked us a delicious meal matched to a fine rose! We booked for 1 night and stayed 3 as it was too hard to leave! It’s a perfect location for exploring la dolce via without having to stay in a different place each night. Highly recommend a stay here!

Such a lovely place to stay! The hosts are so friendly, kind and welcoming... I felt so looked after. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful... the whole site and conversion. Full of charm, subtle style, and wonderful character. So clean and comfortable, and the kitchen has all you could need. Plenty of car parking space. Wonderful countryside views... A beautiful location. I absolutely loved my time here. Wished I had longer

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, very quiet and not too far away from the motorway. The apartment exceeded our expectations, had a wonderful view and it was very clean. The breakfast is served in a little basket and left at your door, which we found lovely.
