Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was easy to find, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are 3 bedrooms, one is ensuite and the other 2 share a bathroom. We were sharing with another room of 2 people and never had to wait, it was very easy. The rooms have aircon, the kitchen and lounge areas are spacious, you have plenty of facilities for food and laundry, and places to sit and relax inside and outside. We went for Le Mans Classic and I would definitely stay here again.

The house and the surrounding is absolutely amazing. A quiet corner near the wood. Mr Manu was a great host, helped us with recommendations and a good chat. Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights and would stay more if time allowed us.

La Tale is set in a renovated 18th century farmhouse in Chahaignes in the Loir Valley. It is a 40-minute drive from Le Mans and Tours and offers views over the countryside.

This is a peaceful setting in the French countryside in a renovated farmstead. So much character and comfort! The proprietors were very welcoming, and went over and above to make sure we had all the little extras - like cheese and wine!!!
