The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

the owners were very kind and very welcoming. they were also very helpful and flexible on time giving us great availability. the room is equipped with everything and is very very nice, it also has a beautiful covered veranda. chosen for the location near Nice it was very convenient and if we were to return to the area we will definitely return.

Really relaxing and fabulous hospitality from our host, landlord Frederic, super breakfast and extra coffee on request and lots of helpful tips on local hotspots. So enjoyed the peaceful surroundings with great views which we took full advantage of most days on way back from our daily excursions.

It was fantastic the view from the balcony was amazing, the room itself was so comfortable,the bed was comfortable, the host Escha went over and above to make sure we made it to the tram station to get to the Rugby stadium. The pool was amazing, everything about our stay was perfect. Every effort was made to ensure that we had a fantastic time. I would recommend and certainly stay again if we come back to Nice.

The location is great - 10min walk to the train station, the sea and various restaurants. The host is AMAZING. We didn't spoke any French but Madam Tissiere made sure it wasn't a problem. She really made every possible thing to make our stay incredible: from the breakfast to the super clean rooms and privacy and even more! The room was cozy, clean and with everything you might need. There were many towels which was great. You have your terrace, room, bathroom and pool. The pool at hot nights was our best friend, it is clean and quite big. We were super happy that we chose this accommodation. Would book again without a doubt!

The hosts are amazing - informative, knowledgeable, available, nice and funny! The property is an old beautiful renovated home, rooms and breakfast terrace are big and very well arranged. Location in the old village up on the hill (with private parking!) is superb.
