Guest house is new, recently opened. The furniture, towels, dishes, blankets and everything in the house is all new. There are 2 kitchens and lounge areas inside and outside the house. There are lots of beautiful plants around and ocean views from the terrace.

The accommodation was nice, separate from the owners with nice kitchen area, the host family was friendly and kind, they agreed to a late check out due to our circumstances. Internet, hot water, facilities were good. Good value, nice neighborhood, nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Conrado and his mother are extremely friendly and gave us excellent tips. The house is great and extremely well located. Breakfasts served outside are a fantastic bonus. For sure to be recommanded.

Loved this place. Great character, lovely historical building with access to a spacious roof terrace that provides a perfect hang out space if needed. It is central, right beside a couple of decent cafes, and all very convenient to locate. The owners provided some good personal touches, and were attentive and prompt whenever I made enquiries.

I really enjoyed staying at this co-living / co-working space and would come here again, whenever I come back to Tenerife. The house is newly renovated, but the owners have managed to keep the historic character of the building - it is absolutely beautiful and charming. There is also a cute garden in the back and a really nice roof terrace with a view over the city. I stayed in a 4-bed mixed dorm. The bed was very comfortable and I had my own space, even though I was sharing the room with others. I got sent detailed instructions for checking in well in advance, as the owner wasn't available at my arrival time, but that wasn't even necessary as I was welcomed by the community manager there. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I love that everyone was wearing house slippers. I also really enjoyed meeting the people there, and even though I wasn't staying as long as everyone else, I felt very welcome. :)
