Location is in the very center of the old town with free parking facilities nearby. It is a perfect location for staying if you want to explore the area (Xabia/Calp/Benissa/Moraira) and the beaches/restaurants by car and also enjoy the historic typical Spanish old town. Very beautiful, tasty and clean premises. Excellent breakfast and friendly hostesses.

I spent 4 days with my girlfriend in this dream place, and the only thing I can say is that it has been for us a small paradise. Stefan and Marieke were extremely friendly and nice hosts, they welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home from the first moment. They have been extraordinarily helpful in some situation of need and at the same time they have been discrete and generous. The property offers a real escape from the noise and traffic typical of the city center, a dream pool where you can relax and several points where you can dine and have breakfast in peace. The location, also strategic, allowed us to reach all the beaches and nearby towns in no more than half an hour. We highly recommend this place to everyone, and we thank again the host for the amazing experience we had at their property.

Staff super friendly explaining everything about the place, traditions, what to do, where to go for food or what to visit. Since we arrived it exceeded our expectations. Decoration is superb with a huge attention to detail. It is just 10 minutes to the beach by car, but by bus it's about an hour, so bear this in mind. I cannot recommend enough this place to my friends when visiting Benissa.

Great apartment, check in was super easy. Room was clean and tidy. We were left a bottle of wine and some cold water, which was nice. Coffee and tea supplies were a welcome bonus. Hosts supplied us with a cot at no extra cost which was great. Swimming pool was fantastic and warm!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this place. The hosts are super nice, engaged & helpful and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The house is really beautiful and has a very peaceful location. There was nothing missing and it was all in all perfect. The breakfast was made with love and very delicous - especially the self baked brownies. We would definately come back!
