Their breakfast is delicious. A lot of details which really make the difference. My bedroom was downstairs, under/beside the wood stairs and a little noisy with upstairs guests in the evenings/nights I spent there. Everything is very tidy. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!

They pay attention to every little detail in order to give you the perfect holiday experience. We will certainly remember the days at them as one of the most beautiful hosting experiences and never forget the perfect peace and quiet while sitting in the hot tub in the evenings under the Milky Way with the red glowing top of volcano Villarrica. Very warm and friendly hosts. We really appreciated the hospitality. Breakfast was good and the location was close to Villarrica but very tranquil. We were the only guests. Room was serviceable, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
