The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The 'snack table' is more like a breakfast buffet, and you can also use the kitchen. Stayed here for 3 nights in December 2023. Fantastic and friendly host who went above and beyond to work with our schedule. Breakfasts were good and varied. Room was spotless and very comfortable with plenty of space. View on the balcony was fantastic, we enjoyed that multiple times. Location is easy enough to walk to different parts of town, including the bus station. Out of the four places we stayed during a recent trip to both Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales, this was our favorite, possibly our favorite from the past year even. Highly recommended!

We stayed for only one night, but it was a quiet and peaceful one. The place - quite simple - was near the airport (my choice) and away from the city. The host (Angelo) was very attentive and helpful and always willing to make an extra effort. He even drove us downtown for a late dinner. Pick-up at the airport worked out perfectly. Breakfast was very good.

Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, from the check in to the delicious breakfasts! Would stay here again if I found myself back in Punta Arenas! It's a central location and easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.
