Our accommodation was extraordinary! Bernhard our host, was very pleasant and helpful ( even if his English is evolving). It was very,very, extremely clean ( thank you Monica). the rooms were spacious.The beds were big and comfy. The temperature in the room and in the pension was hot and perfect( after a day in wind,fog and snow). The double deck gondola was 3 min away -walking/ skiing. The breakfast was plenty and you can ask for more if you wanted something fresh cooked ( eggs). The sauna was hot and prepared for guest everyday_ it smelled very pleasant. There were carpets everywhere so my feet were never cold. The ski locker was easy accessed. The walls were thick so you didn't hear the neighbors talking...

The location was perfect, the breakfast was fine, we were going to go two families, but when our friend was positive for covit, the other family could not come. Half of the hotel fee was supposed to be refunded, the family that owns the facility made a great gesture and refunded the entire amount, which made us happy.

Very cozy hotel, clean and well placed in the heart of the city. We stayed in room 102. Very spacious and it has a nice view of the street from the balcony. The breakfast was unbelievably good. Parking is included in a nearby garage (Parking Lounge), 5 min walk.

Super clean, maintained well. Beautiful design. Good breakfast. Good storage room for skis. There is an underground parking at lounge, so there car is kept out of snow. The location is great: a minute walk to the Pardatschgrat lift, 2 mins to Fimba. But it won’t be perfect without the people. Diana especially and others were super nice helpful and friendly. They gave great advices even before we came and assisted us with any problem we had with a lot of patience and understanding. Thank you so much!

everything was better than expected. the best place to stay with kids, as hosts having children also. this was the first place where we were asked if our child wanted to drink something special, they gave a car toy when toddler was crying. they warm, always with smile and prepared to help. plus: -kids friendly; -did not charge extra for toddler; -there is sauna -there is tea, coffe all day -they give silvretta summer card, so you can use cables around -free parking

Perfect stay for first ski trip. Location couldn’t be better, 2 min walk from the A3 bahn to Idalp. Staff were super friendly, room was lovely and spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. The ski storage was very convenient. And best scrambled eggs on the planet according to my girlfriend. Thanks for a wonderful week!
