One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. We loved everything about it. Great sleeping situation, utilities, and we loved Richter! The breakfast was amazing and the alphorn was so cool. One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had traveling.

Beautiful property and friendly and helpful hosts. Nice breakfast. Close to Luzern (20 minutes away) but in the picturesque countryside of Emmenthal.

The location was perfect for my short stay in Lucerne. Lovely quiet neighborhood, but yet very close to the city center (about 10-15 min drive, depending on where you want to go) The room was very clean and spacious, the bed is massive and comfortable (i had a good night sleep). Bed sheets and towels smelled lovely. Bathroom was spotless with lots of space. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There is also a bath tub, next to the window, but i haven't used it. There is a very good coffee machine in the room as well. Outside the garden is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing view of the city. The property is surrounded by woodlands and you have your own private entrance. Last, but not least, the host Igor is really the coolest guy. Very polite, friendly and always there to help, smiling, hospitable. I would prefer Igor's place to any hotel and i really recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Lucerne.

Our initial room was small for the 5 of us so we requested to be moved to a bigger one which they granted. Rachel, one of the staff, is SUPER DUPER NICE and accommodating!! She answered all our questions and assisted us with our needs. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was as lovely as before. The hotel is just walking distance to the old town and Chapel Bridge. Groceries and cafes are near as well.
