Perfect Wooden house with the amazing view of the alps mountain range. Breakfast was superb and fresh. View from the hotel is so perfect and so "swiss". There's 1.5km to the nearest bus stop and there's moderate steep till the hotel. It was little difficult for us to walk to the hotel with our bags but it was nothing compared to the view. We will definitely visit again.. remember to bring enough food for the night as there's no shop nearby(there is one near bus stop).

We originally accidentally booked this place instead of somewhere within Lucerne. However Peter and the staff were absolutely fantastic - very accommodating and also serving some of the best food we've ever had!

this is an incredible Swiss experience for our family! in the middle of green hills this amazing guest house with the incredible host Maggie and her husband! very clean room and shared bathroom. free coffee and tea. delicious and traditional breakfast - absolute love! there are some farms around in walking distance and local products little shop! we highly recommend this stay - simple but very delightful with true Swiss soul🇨🇭

- Excellent staff (especially Claudia) and location - A bit far from the city, but the walk was nothing less than perfect - Clean rooms with mostly all the facilities - beautiful backyard - the only thing they could improve on is their breakfast offering

Attention to detail is magical. Sandra has thought of everything for your stay. Slept really good, especially with the magical cooling blankets. Location is lovely and the town beautifuly set. Water at the lake is clear and crisp. Locals and all enjoy a swim.

The location was perfect for my short stay in Lucerne. Lovely quiet neighborhood, but yet very close to the city center (about 10-15 min drive, depending on where you want to go) The room was very clean and spacious, the bed is massive and comfortable (i had a good night sleep). Bed sheets and towels smelled lovely. Bathroom was spotless with lots of space. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There is also a bath tub, next to the window, but i haven't used it. There is a very good coffee machine in the room as well. Outside the garden is absolutely gorgeous, with an amazing view of the city. The property is surrounded by woodlands and you have your own private entrance. Last, but not least, the host Igor is really the coolest guy. Very polite, friendly and always there to help, smiling, hospitable. I would prefer Igor's place to any hotel and i really recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Lucerne.

Our initial room was small for the 5 of us so we requested to be moved to a bigger one which they granted. Rachel, one of the staff, is SUPER DUPER NICE and accommodating!! She answered all our questions and assisted us with our needs. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was as lovely as before. The hotel is just walking distance to the old town and Chapel Bridge. Groceries and cafes are near as well.

Everything! So cozy and elegant! Close to the historic city center - it can be reached by bus (there's a nearby station) or easily by foot (around 10 - 15 minutes), but this place is also quiet and relaxing! The stuff is really friendly and we felt welcomed. Breakfast is delicious.
