The staff is nice and lovely, girls at the reception are always ready to help and the waiters are also kind and friendly. The hotel is peaceful, far from the noisy bars, but so close to the best beaches of Sunny Beach. Public transportation is also excellent, bus stop is nearby. The double bed was so comfortable. :)

We are guests for a second time and the experience was as lovely as the previous time. Our room this time was number 18. The bed was very comfortable. We love the location of the building. There were two small problems in the room to be repaired but the host reacted immediately and everything was fixed very quickly.

The hotel was very close to the center. There were many restaurants, markets and casinos around it. The receptionist was very attentive and the room was very clean. The hotel had its own free parking and was very safe.
