The hosts Fons and Adrja are a lovely couple who will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The location is fantastic, just a few miles away from the city center of enchanting Bruges. The castle, tastefully renovated and very well mantained, offers a wonderful atmosphere to spend a relaxing yet exciting stay. We enjoyed the beautiful piano (Pleyel) at the main hall, the views and the animals (especially the peacok) walking freely on the garden of the premises. In one word: exceptional!! Location was very easy to find, just off the motorway. Excellent value for price, spacious room and bathroom. Ample parking spaces. Check-in after hours was straightforward, just collect the keys from the safe. Few minutes walk to a nice restaurant for dinner. There are grassy areas around the hotel so the dogs can be walked and toilet.

Breakfast was large and very tasty (bread, croissants, yogurt, muesli, fruit, cold cuts, eggs, butter/jam, coffee or tea). Dinner can be provided on request but didn't use that option. Great area for cycling or hiking. A couple of restaurants close by but didn't check out. Conchita is a very caring host.PerYoung couple
