Ruth was a fantastic host from start to finish, very welcoming and attentive to ensure we had the best stay possible. The facilities were superb, with the hot tub and sauna being maintained until 10pm and plenty of wood to tend ourselves if we wish to stay later. Communal areas were immaculate with plenty of space to relax and perfect to enjoy the breakfast. Brilliant location, only 20 minutes from Bruges but feeling like you are out In the countryside. We really enjoyed the hospitality of Lieve and Jan! The breakfast was very nice and delicous. Every day there was fresh bread and self made jam or juice. The location is just perfect for a weekend trip or a couple days away. It’s a 15 min drive to either the sea or to Bruges. You can also take the bus to get to the city. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! There is also a small patio to sit outside and enjoy the sun. We also really appreciated Jan’s inside tips for our Bruges tour.
