Charming house and gardens. Very comfortable room. Very helpful, kind hosts. Nicely located for trips to the Twelve Apostles (and even better sites) and to Tower Hill. Timboon had some great food, too.

John and Karen are warm and caring hosts, and will help you make the best use of your time while in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too. There’s lots of space. And it’s very quiet and peaceful. We’d like to visit again.
