    Everything. The location, the room, the house and the host. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed at. The host is so lovely and accommodating. The homestead itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean. The homestead sits on a beautiful farm. Lots of cows, sheep and a horse. Also the hosts dog was a highlight for my daughter. The scenery surrounding the farm is just breathtaking. It is very quiet. Perfect place to relax and rewind. Canberra cbd is an easy 20min car ride away. I can not recommend this place enough. It was just perfect.

    Bed was comfy, room clean, massive kitchen & dining room, very quiet and all you can hear is bird singing. Coffee was very good. It was good to meet hobby.

    The gardens and tranquility overall. Very quiet and away from the central business area of Canberra but still with in a 15 minute drive. 5 minutes from Hall. Good size rooms and bathroom. Homestead was in good condition.
