Great traditional-style house and beautifully furnished. We chose to pay more for the upstairs apartment as it had a better view (out to the back) and more space. It was very quiet. Spotlessly clean (no outside shoes in the house). The breakfast (semi-buffet) was excellent. The personal service was much appreciated. I couldn't resist the chocolates scattered around the house!

Best location. we wanted to visit innsbruck , garmisch, zugspitze and all these locations were just 30 -45 minutes car drive from hotel(not sure about bus service, but I often see lot of buses moving around town, should be easier) . got free guest card for buses with our stay. Idle place for landscapes and mountains,best views . breakfast was good. Landlady was very sweet and polite. Rooms are very fresh, neat and clean. Parking available.

The team around Ondrej makes everyone feel special!! 2 highlights from our stay: 1) go into the sauna!! (ask at the reception about an hour before you want to get in, you will certainly enjoy it) 2) if you are not a vegetarian and it's a spare ribs evening, go for it!! (yes, our vegetarian daughter also got her treats, but the ribs stood out) All in all, a great location for skiing (we chose Seefeld) but there are plenty of hiking trails... We will be back

If you're booking a room and not an apartment - *** there is NO KITCHEN to use *** Make sure you CHECK IN / OUT on time! The owner is very strict with time! Except that - she is VERY kind, nice and willing to help with recommendations. The breakfast buffet is great! 💖 The rooms are modern and beautiful. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The cleanliness is fine. There is no laundry smell 🤷🏻♀️ * If you wanna eat somewhere close by - I recommend a very good street food (tasty and really worth the price!) - "Friends Streetfood". Their service is great too :)
