Et svært hyggelig hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet, fin atmosfære, fint rom og gode senger. Enkel, men god frokost. Spesielt godt likte vi at hotellet var sentrum for lokalbefolkningen når de gikk ut for å ta seg et glass. Vi hadde en hyggelig kveld med kjekke mennesker fra Hallstatt. Vi fikk pratet tysk og fikk et innblikk i hvordan livet i denne vakre, lille byen er - på godt og vondt.

Pension is on a fantastic location, just in the middle of the town. It's on the lake level, so easy to reach from everywhere. Few steps away from the center, close to every single shop and restaurants. Wooden interior design is very cute and beautiful, providing the local lakeside/mountain house vibes. There was a small kitchen in the room, even though I don't cook, it was a huge plus. Also there are additional tea and coffee counters on the hallway. Tamara is a wonderful host, she was extremely helpful for any information about Hallstatt, all her restaurant suggestions turned out to be great! Lovely host for the loveliest place. Plus they have a nice breakfast/cafe place on the lakeside south of town which is wonderful for seeing the town in a panoramic view. Pension has a lift so it is perfect for elders and for those who are having problems with stairs or elevations. (but be aware there is a small 1 step stair on the floors)

There was no breakfast served, rather, have kitchen and fridge. Lounge and kitchen separate from the bedroom. Very clean and tidy. There's grocery store nearby, less than 2 minutes walk. Kitchen well-equipped. Very close to Salt Mine, bus parking and parking area about 1 minute distance. Bed is very comfortable, bedroom is very spacious. Host is very friendly and welcoming. Nothing to fault. Nearby sights are all within walking distances.
