24/7 check-in was very useful as we arrived very late. Location of the Chalet Charlotte is perfect and views from the balcony is stunning. Accomodation is fully equipped and you will find everything what you might need - including many games and biliard in the basement. All rooms wew clean and nicely equipped.

This place was more then we would ask for! The owners are so sweet and gave us super tips for a daytrip and also served us with the charging for our electric car!! the room was super and the view amazing! the breakfast was 10/10 and the cleaning of the hole place is the best we have EVER seen! felt like the bathroom was brand new!

Apartment was great. Spacious. Great view from balcony. Full kitchen. Quiet. Have elevator and large equipment basement. 5 min from the Areitxpress gondola. 12 min from Kaprun cable car. 20 meters from the grocery shop. Perfect location. Ski bus station is very close (did not use but we walk there). Host is very helpful and will assist with all what you need. Parking is in front of the house. 10/10

The apartment is very clean, with all necessary equipment for cooking and living. Very warmly heated, which is perfect after a cold day of skiing.

The hosts were super nice and friendly! Although they didn't have breakfast operating because we were too few they offered us tea and coffee and to use the breakfast room. In addition the room was great, very comfortable and well designed

We were very satisfied with the stay. Location was perfect and quite. Ski bus stop is in front of pension. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room as it was cleaned daily. Beds were very comfortable and new. Pension has three various saunas steam, infra and finish, which operates daily between 16:30 and 19:30. Breakfast was served early enough to get on the morning slopes. Pension offers variety selection of chees, ham, yoghurt, cereals, vegetables, and boiled eggs. You can also enjoy some sweets with tea, juice or coffee and cappuccino. Next to the entrance they have ski room with ski boots heating. We would definitely come back.
