Number on the advert was not answered. No direction to the place. We looked for three hours. Eventually a good Samaritan helped us after struggling for another 1hrs to find the place. When arriving the place had no swiping facilities. We had to navigate our way out in the dark to go draw cash money this was not communicated. We travelling with 3 small children. My grandson was in the shower my husband came down the passage he had a fall the whole shower water ran into the passage. He had a nasty bruises lucky he never broke anything he was shocked he is in his mid 60s. We could not really enjoy the facilities due to our late check in and struggle too find the place. The place was neat, modern and staff very friendly and helpful.

Ethel gave me lots of help before I even arrived in Livingstone. She was so helpful, which was reassuring for me as I was travelling alone. She answered all my queries and was willing to store items for me. She arranged pick up at the airport. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I really felt at home. I was here for 5 nights, and the apartment was well set up, so I catered for myself easily and comfortably. Peter took me out to the villages and market, which was amazing. I saw a real slice of life in Livingstone, for which I am grateful. Butterfly Lodge became a real home from home, and I hope I get to come back one day.

It was very cosy and very good equipment appartment. Only 10 minutes to get to big supermarket and near the main road, but on other hand was quite quiet. Also you can prepare food because there was all necessary things for that. If you need very good internet for work just ask before your stay and owner bring wi-fi router so close how it’s possible. Our internet was great for work. Very comfortable and cozy place to spend one day or one week.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and meticulously decorated. I adored the charming decor, and the availability of free wifi added to the convenience. The presence of a geyser for bathing was an added delight. The kitchen was well-stocked with all necessary utensils, easily accessible for use. Moreover, the surrounding environment was refreshingly clean and exuded a serene and peaceful ambiance.
