Horseback riding was great. Lunch in the restaurant was tasty. Has the potential to be amazing, but unfortunately a few things lacking.

Located somewhat in between Real de San Carlos and the Old Town. If you are okay with walking, both are walkable with a path that runs along the coastline. It was quiet at night. The hosts were super friendly and helpful.

The apartment was located at the lower level, very easy to access, super clean, practical, and with all the amenities needed to spend a few days in Colonia. Sunrises at the little patio are very enjoyable, quiet and full of songbirds. There are stores and nice places to walk nearby, and by car 10 minutes away from anywhere. Quiet, enjoyable, practical, welll designed and well thought out. Will definitely go back.

Apart from the great quality of the accommodation, I have to point out the friendliness of the staff! We felt so welcomed over there and we didn't miss a thing during our stay. Highly recommended if you want to experience a relaxed stay in Colonia. Supermarket, Terminal, restaurants and sightseeing points all in easy walkable distance.

Superb location and an extremely helpful and friendly host who sent us comprehensive instructions via Whatsapp so that we could access the apartment. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing and the host, who now owns the excellent cafe next door, gave us excellent recommendations for dinner in the evening (Casa Viera - just over the road).

Only 1 block from Seré Beach, Mykonos Carmelo offers an outdoor swimming pool and self-catering accommodation in a quiet area of Carmelo, 1 km from the harbour. We stayed in the deluxe family suit, which was indeed deluxe! The surrounding pool and gardens are beautiful, and the beach and town are a short walk away. Gustavo, the host, was exceptional. He was organised, accommodating, and very friendly. He went above and beyond and drove us to a bodega (which was fabulous), and showed us the town and surrounding area on the way. Our stay at Mykonos was a highlight of our trip to Uruguay and we would certainly stay here if/when we're back. ¡Muchas gracias Gustavo!

This accommodation is a 7-minute walk from the beach. Colonia Suite Apartments offers 4 elegant country-style apartments with free Wi-Fi in historic Colonia del Sacramento, 200 meters from Colonia... Very stylish and great location. The room was large and very comfortable. Fred was extremely helpful and has a lovely eye for decoration and the kind of details that make you feel right at home. He was flexible and responded fast to any queries we had.
