Everything was sparkling clean. The house has everything you could need to feel at home. It's a cozy and comfortable space in a great location. The host was really nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Fairbanks.

We enjoyed the restaurant on site, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. Also, Homer Brewing is a short walk across the street.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue checking in. The location wasn't luxurious but was a good base from which to explore downtown Anchorage and only $10 in an Uber.

This is my first time booking a place that's not a Hotel. This place is Awesome. My Family wished they could've stay longer cause it was so comfortable but we're on Schedule. I highly recommend this place 5*.
