This is aurbnb was the most novel accommodation I have ever slept in! The room was filled with retro memorabilia, including jukebox, pinball machine, and a little, colourful bar. There was 50s Americana all over the place! Ingrid was extremely kind in arranging to collect me from the railway station because it was raining in Kil. Ingrid couldn’t have done enough for me, and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kil.

Situated 14 km from Charlottenberg, Lövås Gård Koppera features a barbecue and terrace. The Sweden-Norway border crossing is 12.6 km away. All units include a seating and dining area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are many activities to keep you busy, such as kayaking, swimming, bike riding, and there are also boats with electric propeller engines you can borrow, and even charcoal grills to do some outdoor cooking on by the water or by the lovely pagoda they have built. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and hopefully some day we will return 😊

Located in the municipality of Molkom in the Värmland region, Fyrbo provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a municipal sauna. We were the first guests at Fyrbo, where the new owners started recently the activities. Their was a warm welcome the first day from the owners who besides Swedish and English speak Dutch as well. The apartments are well equipped and everything is well thought out (drying racks, …), The equipments (fridge, oven, microwave,…) are of very good quality. The surrounding is simply stunning. View on the lake, numerous walking/hiking routes. Thanks to the nice owners for this excellent stay.
