The bathroom is big and there are 2 balconies with sit out chairs and tables.It is neat and clean and the host is very supportive and helped us with food and other stuffs that we needed. The beach is nearby and at a walkable distance. We saw a lot of amazingly beautiful birds on the trees in the property. Very nice place for stay for the Bentota area.

Plenty of drinking water was provided. Everything was clean. Pool was a bonus for a dip after a day on the beach. Short walk to beach which had a number of decent restaurants with beach loungers free for guests. Used the airport transport which worked well. Overall a nice place to stay.
