I arrived at Christmas Day and wanted to swim in the rooftop pool but it was closed according to a private party. Then I was invited to the Christmas party of the staff. It was much fun with delicious food, great wine and cocktails and I was the only western guest. Additionaly I loved the rooftop pool. The room was comfortable and nice and with the party it was my special hotel expierence of Cambodia. Thanks to Deth who provided an excellent service to me.

Pequeño pero hermoso departamento en el corazón de Phnom Penh, Near central market está situado en Phnom Penh. So cute and was the perfect size. Felt like I was living among the locals and it was very safe. Also the host was awesome and so helpful in every way. She’s so kind and I’m glad to have met her!

Staff very kind. Greeted and treated very well. My mum had a problem with her spectacles and the ladies spent a lot of time helping to fix them. When they couldnt do it it they organised somebody to take the glasses to an optics store to get fixed. They were delivered back to us within half an hour. No charge. It was very nice and very much appreciated. Good people.

Es casi como un departamento privado, nuevo, comodo, limpian cada vez que lo solicites, los recepcionistas son muy amables sobre todo Sambath quien habla muy bien ingés. Si bien está sobre una avenida bulliciosa no se escucha nada dentro. La wifi es excelente para trabajar. volveria!

El WH Bassac Residence ofrece alojamiento en Phnom Penh, a 1,1 km del centro de convenciones y exposiciones de Diamond Island y a 1,6 km del muelle de Sisowath. I really have no complaints. The bed is sooo comfortable. The AC is perfect. You get your own washer. It is a functional apartment for far less cost than virtually all hotels in the area. The staff speak good English and are very polite. They provided me with a microwave which I really appreciated. I keep extending my stay because I don’t want to leave!
