The host was amazing, he came and showed us everything we needed to know and sent us a list of restaurants. He provided drinks and all the amenities were easy to use and top condition. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect and the kids absolutely loved it and wanted to stay more nights. It was so close to the supermarket which was a blessing as we grabbed the discounted dinner and drinks and everyone was super happy.

She personally took the trouble to make arrangements with our hotel in Tokyo for the items to be couriered, and even called up the Tokyo hotel stuff to finalise the details. We were indeed grateful for Masako-san's dedication and professionalism.

The host/representative was very helpful and met us at the property to show us around. There were even welcome drinks left for us. It's quite a new property, very clean, very well appointed and well set out to maximise the space. We are very happy we chose this place to stay in Takamatsu.
