La ubicación es excelente, tanto desde la habitación como desde la terraza común se divisa todo el puerto de Ustica y el mar. Es espectacular. Además estas a dos pasos del centro, donde puedes ir a comprar, y a los varios restaurantes y bares que hay. La anfitriona, Carmen, es un encanto. Desde que llegamos estuvo atenta en todo y nos ayudó a organizarnos con las reservas de la moto de alquiler y la excursión a las grutas. Nos explicó con detalle todos los rincones de la isla. El alojamiento tiene pocas habitaciones, con lo que podrás disfrutar de las zonas comunes con tranquilidad, y nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, volveremos.

Located centrally in the harbour area with amazing views of the harbour, the boats and of course the sea. There is a small terrace nearby which is in shade in the mornings so perfect for that morning tea/coffee. The room itself was basic but functional and very clean and fresh. Good a/c. There is a small kitchen area which was sufficient to cook simple meals on. The best part of the hotel are the hosts who were exceptionally caring and service minded. Full of advice for local excursions and very helpful generally. A great place to visit and stay and we strongly recommend a visit. Very happy and would definitely go back.

This place is a small paradise. Clelia and Cinzia are wonderful hosts. They pay attention to all the details: From the beautiful garden, the comfortable studios to the breakfast on the terrace. Cinzia shared a lot of information about the island and activities. Our studio included a very comfortable double bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom with many shelves for all your stuff. Outside we had our own patio with dinner table and deck chairs with amazing view over the garden with fruitful trees, the village and the sea. The common garden had an outdoor kitchen and large table as well as a shower. We were offered to stay in the garden the whole day after check-out. Very convenient that you can shower there before catching the ferry. The location is also perfect - a few steps from the main square but still very secluded and quiet. Ustica is a lovely island for trekking, snorkling and diving. Perfect to move around with electric bike which can be rented by the port.

The apartment was spacious and clean. I was surprised that they came to clean and do our beds every morning. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would stay again.
