It's a great little studio just 3 minutes walk from Stavros beach. A wonderful and helpful host, picked us up at the port and even dropped us off at the port even though it was 3.00 in the morning. We liked the quietness of the place, as well as the surrounding areas. There are a bunch of restaurants and a few markets in a few minutes walking distance from the studios. Loved it.

Location was great (in the heart of the village), provided that you are not looking for a sea-view location. Building is brand new (a year old) and the owner runs 2 other properties on the island so he's very experienced and this shows in the construction of the building (materials) as well as facilities and amenities.

Host Dimitrius met us at the port and helped us with our bags and drove us to the lodging. Along the way he shared details about the city and island. The home was STUNNING. Of all the small cyclades we traveled to, this was the best lodging. It was SPACIOUS. The patio was fantastic. Lots of very charming details. It was so nice to get up to a higher elevation and AWAY from the town. We loved waking up and having coffee on the patio while listening to goat bells. It was well-situated between attractions on the island. The bus is frequent, but if you can bring a car to the island that is a major bonus as this house is NOT within walking distance of anything (which we loved).

El Pahivouni Studios & Suites es un alojamiento tradicional ubicado en una colina de Donoussa, a solo 3 minutos a pie de la localidad de Stavros, y ofrece WiFi gratuita y aire acondicionado. Advance communication was clear and friendly. Vassilis was an excellent host, giving us a warm welcome and all the information we needed to explore the island, beaches, restaurants etc. Our room was clean and spacious and had a wonderful view. The bed really comfortable. The property is just a little way (3 minutes walk) up from the port and so it is quiet but really close for the restaurants and bars. We loved catching the bus around the island to Kalotaritissa as well as hiking some of the trails to other beaches.

After my third stay, I am positive this is an essential part of a wholesome experience in Donoussa. Impeccable views of the entire village, the beach and the port. Most friendly hospitality and eagerness to assist in any way. The rooms are very spacious and feel like home. The owners really knows the importance of maintenance and upgrading. From little decorative details to essential operational aspects, the rooms keep getting better over the years. Great bed and mattress is a favourite, as well as the comfortable chairs and bench in the balcony.

We had a nice room with balcony overlooking the sea. The location was a bit steep on the hillside, but a transfer from the port was offered. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bed was made. Everything was very clean. Breakfast options and restaurants were nearby.
