Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. The staff was friendly and professional. We had a house with an amazing view, everything was clean and they accommodated our 2 dogs as well. We also had a great time in the spa and wellness center. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and the quality was amazing.

Everything was exeptional. The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

The host is very responsive and he gave us precise instructions for self check in and self check out. Private parking is a real advantage even though the entrance is little bit difficult.

The owner is very responsive and provides detailed instructions about the check-in process and everything else you might need as information. Highly recommend!
