We were a little apprehensive about the neighbourhood after reading some of the reviews, but we ran into zero issues! Just practise caution + common sense since this is downtown LA. Apartment was spacious and comfy, we had covered garage parking in the same building accessible by lift, and overall had a super comfortable and enjoyable stay! Mike who checked us in was also super helpful and friendly. Apartment was actually at 1360 S Figueroa St Suites.

This place was wonderful, everything was clean and peaceful. Beautiful view on the roof and from the window in my room the staff are kind and understanding. They have a beautiful fireplace on the roof and comfortable chairs. You can relax in while looking at a great scenery of downtown Los Angeles, the furniture was beautiful, soft, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is a great size and it also has a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fact that there’s a washer and dryer, oh my goodness this can beat a lot of hotels any day for the comfortability and peace. They had a pool and Jacuzzi (hot tub) I believe they had a workout room but I didn’t get a chance to see that one. Great parking and you don’t have to run into a lot of people getting up to the room from the parking garage. I enjoy my stay, and I will be back again.

There is a lovely rooftop terrace too. Good communication with the staff via WhatsApp messages.

The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All facilities were top-notch and made for a comfortable stay. Located within walking distance from Beverly center and all the best restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable furniture and beds, premium linens, central air conditioning, private and gated. Host was helpful and made checkin process very easy. The apartment was recently renovated with new baths and kitchen. Free high speed Wifi and flat screen TV with Netflix access. Washer & dryer are inside. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stay in a premium location. Highly recommend it.
