We arrived a little earlier than expected, so she offer us coffee to keep us warm and some juice for the kids. We also had an emergency as there is no Uber on the day of our return flight and are going to miss our flight so they helped us get to the airport in time. They are just heaven-sent to us!

Everything. The Owner or whoever manages this property is easy to work with. This is my first time booking a place that's not a Hotel. This place is Awesome. My Family wished they could've stay longer cause it was so comfortable but we're on Schedule. I highly recommend this place 5*.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a central location. The host was very responsive to an issue we had with the heating. When he was unable to resolve it with his phone app, he was at the apartment within ten minutes and got it fixed. We would definitely stay there again if we're ever back in Fairbanks.

The place was great, especially the price! It is hard to find 2 bedroom apartments at such a great price. Everything looked like it had been updated. You have to go up a flight of steps to get to the front door. Not a problem for us, but might be for others. I would stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel on a tight budget. Breakfast was an added bonus, although you had to travel around the block for the breakfast building as we had studio apartment in a different location to main premises. Would stay again.
