Airconditioning can cool the whole apartment what is important at hot months. Nice places outside at your disposal: garden for rest/barbeque and outside chilling area (nice for a dinner). Quiet localization with a nice backyard view of paragliders flying over a ridge. Internet connection is stable and fast enough. The Owners of the location are very hospitable and helpful people.
