It is a huge apartment with a great terrace with a pool view, two big bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and living room. The owner was very helpful with all the information what to do, where to eat and what to see in Playa del Carmen. He also provided us with water in the appartment so we didn’t have to buy it. He also helped us with ordering a taxi for going back home which was very helpful.The appartment is on a great location,just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from famous Quinta Avenida. It is very comfy and safe place to stay in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend it!

The condos are very well located. Away from the busy 5th avenue / tourist heavy areas, but still accessible. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, and easy to walk everywhere. Parking is very convenient if you have a rental car, you can get in and out easily. Front desk was very helpful. We also received a cleaning for the room which was a nice surprise. Two pools, the rooftop is really nice for a bit of a view while you swim. The little balcony is nice to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing.

Exactly as described and rated by everyone else.. lovely, clean appartments, AC, full kitchen with cooking tools and fridge, purified water, comfy bed. The beach was right by, ocean air, quiet area, clean pool, hammocks, private sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, clear water (during seaweed season the seaweed washes up in 2days and the beach is cleaned regularly). Absolutely lovely host, Ana even offered picking us up from/to airport which was of a huge help. No hidden costs.

Swimming pool is fine, and has some blissful shade in the afternoon. The security guards were also very polite and helpful when our lost luggage was delivered. Highly recommended!

Ihan ytimessä, mutta kuitenkaan ei ihan pääkadulla, jossa musiikkia huudatettiin yölläkin. Olin tyytyväinen, turvallinen asunto, rannalle vain pari sataa metriä. Huoneisto oli siisti ja siivottiin joka päivä. Kauppa heti ovesta astuttua viereisessä talossa.
