If I could give Claudio better than 10 out of 10 I would, he is so so kind to come and get us and save us an hour of public transport! The location is FANTASTIC right in the centre. The house is immaculately clean and spacious. The beds are so comfortable. Everything you need is here. I loved the antiques and their significance. Claudio and Emanuela ensure you have everything from coffee, washing machine to every phone number you could need and suggestions of places to go. Highly recommended.

The home was well decorated, clean, cozy and just what we needed to end our busy vacation. The view of the outside from the windows was spectacular and breathtaking. I love that the home wasn’t too busy and it was comfortably enjoyable. It had just what we needed to lay back and relax. Complete with coffee, and a stove, we were able to cook up dinner for two. The bed was comfy and clean as well. The home in general displayed a wonderful scent and was pleasing to the eyes. We will definitely be staying again in the near future. There was WiFi and cable. And secure locks on the doors. A washer machine and dryer rack as well as a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and the beautiful sights. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant and the outlets were in working condition. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Two good sized double bed rooms, central dining / living area with open plan kitchen, beautifully decorated throughout. The location was perfect being in the centre of Spello’s old town up a small cobbled street scattered with small artisan shops and pots of blooming flowers. It was spotless clean, tasteful and very cosy. One of the best rentals we ever experienced.
