Residenza Roma Marina is situated in a great location in Sottomarina. The beach is reachable by foot in a few minutes, the city of Chioggia is only one kilometer far away. You can find parking spaces just near the residence or you can park across the street. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, bright, clean, and with a sea view. Paola explained to us details to explore the city and friendly offered us to use city bikes. She was always available for us. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Good location, small cozy and very clean apartment. Nice host family, we had a small inconvenience as the renovation was so new…we had to restart the eater boiler. Nothing big. But they helped immediately and give us a small discount as well. Very polite people, very nice place.

It is a really nice place, with incredibly nice hosts! The apartment is really big and comfortable for families. It has everything you need, and a lot of welcome gifts! We really liked the outdoor space! We parked outside, and our car was okay! I recommend this host and apartment a lot!!!

The hosts Roberta and Marco met us at the parking are were very friendly and gave all the info needed and showed us to the apartment. Super comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom as a bonus. Very new and recently refurbished to mint condition. Perfect for our family of 2 adults +2 teenagers. The location is also very good with 5 minutes walk to the beach, approx 10 minutes walk to the west side of Sottomarina and the walking path there along the water and it took us 30-35 minutes approx to walk to Chioggia. There is a supermarket across the street and some cafes/restaurants within very short distance. Parking provided is approx 100 meters away. The apartment is on the first floor on top of a cafe that close early evening. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening just to sit and watch the activities on the street. The feeling was that this is quite a local area but also mixed with some tourists. The balcony has sun all day and from late afternoon it is in the shadow. Next time we will stay a few more nights!!
