perfect location, near to Mugello Circuit. easily reachable in a few minutes walk.. situated in the middle of nature, no noise around. the apartment we had was perfectly equipt and clean. when entering the area, you can see that the whole facility is cared with lot of love. also Francesca was very helpful and nice, before and during our stay. we will go back, next time we will go to the circuit - Grazie!

Easy walk to the center of the city and great restaurants. A little dark, but you have a semi-private pool and you are staying inside a castle wall.

The surrounding area is excellen, tipical Toscana. The House is big, spacious, very clean, very nice owner, we got late check out, i would go there again.

An amazing place! Very comfortable, clean and high quality. Fully outfitted with every thoughtful touch. The small mini pantry stocked with water, snacks and laundry soap was awesome and very much appreciated touch. Robert, the owner, lives up stairs and takes great care of his property and guests. Lots to explore in the area and it was great to come back to a clean quiet country location. Finding the place can be a little tricky as the GPS takes you to a slightly different location, but just follow the directions sent by Robert and it’s easy to find. very clean, very comfortable beds, laundry and two full bathrooms make this a place we’d love to come back to.

This apartment is like a little treasure box next to the stream in Sant'Agata! Alessandro was extremely flexible about our arrival time (we had some trouble with the Italian busses) and met us to show us around. The apartment is really quaint, clean and well-maintained and has everything you could need (including a washing machine!). We (a couple in their early 30s) were quite surprised at how loud the stream is, but you get used to it and it cannot be heard in the bedroom. The beds were super comfortable too. We would definitely like to return and can only recommend this place.
