He also gave us some hints about the local places to eat and how to get to Venice by public transport. The apartment is quiet and met all our needs. We went there by car. The parking spot is inside the property and this is really convenient. There are also supermarkets close nearby. Venice, Murano, and Treviso are also close destinations that you should not miss.

The location is 20-30 minutes away from Venice using a local bus. The nearest bus stop was 300m from Villa. The location allowed for nice quiet time after spending day in a crowded city. It benefited from a large garden and BBQ which was available for us. The local pizza place was pretty close as well and had really competitive prices compared with Venice. If you are not into a crowded city environment but would like to see Venice and have a genuine Italian experience I would really recommend it.

The apartment looks exactly like in the posted photos. It is clean, equipped with everything you need, the beds are excellent. Unfortunately, there is a smell of cigarettes, but this is not the fault of the owner, it is the tenants who do not follow the rules of common sense (everywhere there are devices with room fresheners). There are 2 balconies where you can smoke. The owner respons very promptly to messages. We will come back with pleasure.
