Magnificent apartment owner! The owner welcomed us with a huge smile and it stayed that way until the end of our stay! We felt taken care of in every respect. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and more than nice. He answered all questions and tried to make us feel as good as possible even before arriving. The apartment was really clean, starting from the rooms and ending with towels and bedding. Lots of storage space, huge wardrobes, ironing board, hairdryer, Nespresso and coffee provided by the owner. There was even a welcome Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture. The entire apartment is finished with higher quality materials. We were especially surprised by the kitchen and wardrobes. I can't say even one bad word. Just perfect!

Situated in the island of Lido, which is accessible by the public water transport boats. Beach is walkable from this place. The sunset was beautiful. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The hostess met us on time to give the keys. There were pans n plates for cooking. Felt at home. Away from the rush of touristy Venice, yet such a close and calm residential area with its own canals.

The apartment is stunningly beautiful, modern and new and has all the amenities you could need (the pictures on booking.com are absolutely true to form). Lido is THE place if you want to avoid the madding crowd in Venice. Location, location, location!!

We had a pretty busy schedule and it was really refreshing to stay in such wonderful apartments. From the reservation process till the check out, everything went really smoothly and easy - Viviana was an excellent and really helpful host. Beside all of that, both apartments were properly equipped, clean and in a very good location: the beach was really close, the public transport system is perfect and several stores were at arm’s length.TamásFamily with young children
