Casa Vacanze Alla Maison, apartment in Fiumicino

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels.

Our flight was canceled so we needed to make last minute arrangements to stay two nights. Host & his daughter were very kind & allowed us to leave our bags at 2:00 & check in early before normal check in at 4:00. Easy walk to nice beaches. Also host kindly called a taxi to the airport for us upon checkout.

Very nice place to stay in. Great location, 10 minutes to the airport by taxi and 45 minutes to Rome on public transport (the bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment). In the same building but from the other side located a great restaurant probably with the best seafood pasta I ever tasted (and the portions are huge). The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. The sofa and bed are very comfortable. You have everything you need there. Owners left lots of tasty snacks for breakfast, and fresh milk in the fridge. In the kitchen, you can find everything you need, so if you want to cook something by yourself, it's not a problem at all. I really liked the place and the location. To sum up everything I would highly recommend staying in this apartment!

The place is huge and so private and safe Also our host was sooo nice and helped us out with everything. we came from Canada with a big dog (fenced in yard is beautiful and great for the dog after a flight) He told us everything about the area and organized a cab to the airport (which wasn't easy cause we had a lot of stuff) - also its super close to the airport! Thanks to him we made it home safe and sound! Thank you!! Would stay here anytime again!

    Very nice and helpful owner. Clean and modern apartment. Perfect for staying over night when you need to sleep when waiting for your flight from Fiumicino airport. Transfer worked fine to the apartment.

    The nearby beach was awesome, the apartment we were taken to was said to be an overflow one. It was largely a rental property rather than go for visitors. It was clean and tidy overall in a modern well put together building. Our room on the 2nd floor gave out on a balcony that went round two sides and included a clothes drying rack and seating. The air con was good.

    The fact that Massimiliano waited for us in the parking lot and was so nice and gracious made us feel welcomed. The apartment was clean and comfortable with water, coffee, tea, and snacks. Our stay was not prearranged but rather a necessity due to a change in our flight from Naples to Rome, needing to find a llace for the night near the airport. But the warm welcome and the lovely flat were a huge plus.

    Balcony was as big as the apartment and it was quite relaxing with the big hammock. We appreciated private parking area for our rental car, it was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful and they did good job to make our stay comfortable.
