But the rest of the apartment is not to be forgotten either, with the whole property being very lovely and comfortable. The top veranda offers a lovely view, and Marco is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even treated us with panettone and wine, adding a special touch to our stay. The apartment impresses with its generous space, high ceiling cleanliness, and comfort. The view is truly beautiful, and the facilities are of high quality. Each room has efficient heating (visited in December), and all windows are equipped with blackout curtains for added comfort. Moreover, the location is incredibly tranquil, and it's just a short drive to must-visit destinations like Como and Bellagio when exploring the lake.

Upon arrival we met our hosts which were extremely nice, helpful and attentive. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. They gave us the full tour of the villa. arranged for pick up to the train station. Notified us of the road closures. Just can't say enough good things about our hosts. We definitely go back to and will recommend them to anyone who wants to go to Lake Como.

Our experience with Domus Plinii was nothing short of amazing! Great views, lovely staff, beds were comfortable. We were visiting for a night in the heat of the summer so it was nice to have the pool and a room with AC! Also a restauran onsite!! Thanks for your hospitality team, we will be back.

There is no lake view from the apartment, but it is better to see the charming Piazza with its Italian town life. We composed breakfast ourselves in the corner shop. It was delicious. The problem with parking is around the lake, and it's not too bad here.

Decor, furniture, electricals (Nespresso Machine/TV), DVDs and Books were excellent. The view from the room was awesome and swimming pool was 50 steps away. The area has choice of 4 places to eat and drink, watersport facilities nearby. Ferry stop nearby and we used to travel to Bellagio and Como. We also used the bus and our car to get to other places. Great location to navigate around and sight seeing and hiking nearby. Would thoroughly recommend it
