Fabio was a gracious and attentive host. Our suite was welcoming and well-stocked with treats and snacks. The washing machine and drying rack were appreciated. The rooftop terrace was a bonus which we enjoyed every night. It was quiet and comfortable and close to everything. Fabio recommended some fantastic restaurants and even gave us a sentimental parting gift when we departed.

Nice apartment on a very convenient location of Arezzo. Just a few minutes walk from a free parking space, as well as from historic town center where many shops and good restaurants can be found. Check in was very efficient - entirely done online. First, a scan of a document was neded to be uploaded, then and a selfie was required for verification. After that, the owner provided a code for entering the building where keys to the apartment could be collected from a box. Apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

The flat was renovated with sophistication and good design/aesthetic sense. Many of the original architectural features are retained while adding uodates and making the most of the natural light from the front door and high window. We enjoyed the many objects of interest and how well outfitted the flat is. The owner was kind enough to let us leave our baggage and bike early, before the check in time.

We arrived by train with a rental car pick up at the end of our stay for further travel. Le Casette di Viola is situated about 5 kms from the city center. We travelled into Arezzo via bus (bus stop about 90 seconds away), Cost 1.50 euros. Returning at night via taxi, cost around 15.50 euros.
