The accommodation was very pleasant and cozy, the apartment is very beautiful with a large window facing the garden, parking lot and the sky, very gentle, snowy and romantic atmosphere. :) The beds are very comfortable, the cleanliness is at a very high level and big praise for the fine, very tasty Scandinavian spirit of decoration, the bathroom is nice, clean and spacious... the apartment also has a washing machine, which is very practical when traveling. The apartment is located in seclusion, quiet and dark, ideal for observing and hunting for the northern lights.

The apartment is located very close to the city centre. Plenty of shops nearby. The view of the river is stunning. The apartment includes a washer and a dryer and it could come in handy if you need to do some washing or if you plan to stay for a longer period. Also the host Kristín was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Selfoss.

The property was close to the Golden Circle as stated and close to town. We were allowed a little earlier check in. it had decent furniture. Parking was right outside the door.

Recommended!!!!!! 100 and 10, the location is excellent with a short drive from selfoss. Good distance from the town area, with lovely views and the lodge is tastefully design with window like crafted picture on walls. They have everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen and newly built, very cozy. We are traveling with two little kids, so lucky to be able to find this for our stay. Another highlight, the hot tub, must try!!!!! We have no problem getting into the lodge, except we spent some time to find it, coz we arrived very late.

If you want to experience a remote stay that is not remote to get to, while being around beautiful farms, then this is the best option. The views, comfort, showers, bed, kitchen, entertainment (cool board games) really came together for an amazing stay. If this location (see a map) works for you on your Iceland trip, stay here, its perfect.
